HMI Announces Lawsuit Against Former CEO and Elevation Microsystems, Inc.

HMI has filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, against former CEO and board member David Nam, his company, Elevation Microsystems, Inc., and other former employees and related entities.

The complaint, Case No. 25CV463582, alleges that Mr. Nam, his company, and his co-conspirators breached their fiduciary duties, took company property, and misappropriated HMI’s trade secrets. HMI is seeking various forms of relief in the lawsuit, including a preliminary injunction to prevent ongoing harm to the company.
